Integrating Rosemount pressure transmitters with the 405 Compact primary element results in a fully integrated flowmeter that eliminates the need for fittings, tubing, valves, adapters, manifolds, and mounting brackets. The 3-valve manifold and wafer-style body is machined from the same cast part, eliminating all field connections between the process and the DP measuring device.
The result is a robust, easy-to-install assembly with improved accuracy of
0.5% designed for short-straight run installations (requiring only 2D of pipe straight-run).
