The Asset Reliability department strives to provide the best service to our customers and therefore offers expert local technical support in troubleshooting hardware and software configuration. We also provide an option of a Maintenance Support Agreement for CSI equipment.
Our Technical Support team is competent, knowledgeable and courteous in handling all customer issues.
We provide back-up/spare equipment for an affordable rental fee.
After Market Services Equipment Upkeep:
Technical Support alerts customers of their equipment calibration due dates and arranges repairs when needed by the customer.
Software Management Support:
Our experienced staff is competent in lending support regarding troubleshooting software issues.
Maintenance Support Agreement:
Emerson Process Management – CSI through PML offers affordable support agreements to cover your software and /or hardware system for the period of 1 year or 3 years.
A normal wear condition-excludes damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, carelessness, or repairs performed by anyone other than CSI. If these situations occur you may find you are liable for all repair costs.
Process Management Limited will also provide additional support by assistance in firmware loading and diagnosing analyzer problems. During calibration periods PML will loan an analyzer at no additional cost to the customer on an as required basis.
